Many people disagree with capital punishment. The United States, being our neighbors, have often
had to put up with our way of doing things. This also means that we have to look at how their justice system works and accept
it. We may not agree but there is nothing we can do to change tradition. The problem countries gace with the death penalty
is making a bad judgement. There is always a chance that the judge will send an innocent man, or woman, to their death.
